The report is submitted by your attorney as part of your petition.

IMMIGRATION EVALUATION FEES


The fee for a standard immigration psychological evaluation is:

Payment structure:

• 75% due at the time of the evaluation

• 25% due upon delivery of the final report

The fee includes:

• Clinical interview

• Assessment and analysis

• Report writing

• Attorney collaboration when appropriate

• Reasonable revisions requested by counsel

Fees are non-refundable once the evaluation interview has begun due to the time-intensive nature of report preparation.

Report Length & Turnaround Time

Report length varies by case. Most evaluations range between 7–10 pages depending on complexity.

Standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days after all required documentation has been received.

Expedited reports may be available for an additional fee depending on scheduling availability.
