Good Faith Estimate

Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate

Under federal law, health care providers must provide clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance with an estimate of expected charges for medical services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your mental health care may cost.

This estimate includes:

• The expected cost of therapy sessions

• Evaluation services

• Additional related fees, if applicable

You may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling services or at any time during treatment.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.

For questions or to request your estimate, please contact the office directly.
